At the Ben Fatto dinner with large EDB group. Wine from Brandon.
Yum! If you know me, you’ll know I dislike most champagne. I dislike the fizzle, the sweetness, and the common yeastiness.
This is my 4th time trying this champagne, and not only do I tolerate it, I always find myself quite enjoying it.

Oddly enough, this was quite a different experience from all my previous times.

In the glass, I don’t quite recall it to be this orangey pink, resembling more of a rose.
On the nose: I recalled it being pure green apples. This time was quite a bit different. There’s still a tiny red apple, light biscuits, minerality, and almost strawberry notes. Very very little yeast if any. Bright. Aromatic.
On the palate: mild fizzles. Not much else off the top of my head. I looooove the zero dosage.
