Mehehe. I know I said I’m avoiding >14% ABV bottlings. But…. The pricing was so good from @bacchic.co, but more importantly, CosD’s wines are so hauntingly beautiful, complex and delicious. I’m counting on the winemaking team to somehow deliver on the balance. Fingers crossed; we just have to wait another 20 years to find out.
