Took nearly 2 hours to actually open up – when it did, it was gorgeous, and an excellent value for ~$100. Raspberry and sour cherry on the nose, decent breadth. High acidity on the palette, medium-light body with medium finish.

That said, would be a pain to have to wait 1.5 – 2hours every time I wanna drink this.
