4.0. Louis Jadot Chablis 2022.

Raffles block at mine. Leftover Chablis courtesy of James’ dad who had a quarter of it at lunch. Served nice and cold as a palette cleanser while we waited for the LC haut Brion to decant. Fresh, high minerality with just a faint green apple at mid nose. Nicely acidic, crispy and fresh. Loved it, but would’ve liked it more if it had a touch more fruit to it.
