In the glass. Rich bright gold. Clear bodied.

On the nose: pure intense minerality, with tinges of petroleum, faint peaches. Sweet nose.

On the palate: juxtaposing the nose, this is dry with just the littlest touch of residual sugar. Zippy on the tongue, full bodied and intense on the palate. Mid+ acidity.

This was super delicious with caviar and a rich almond custard.
