With Hart, Sean and tabs at mine.

Serve this cold.

In the glass: pale gold. Clear.
On the nose: this is a very simple wine. Ripe yellow fruits (I assume this must’ve been a warm vintage), some tiny minerality, sweetness mild aromatics. No real complexity to speak of.
On the palate: off-dry, to the extent that it is pleasurable, but almost at the edge of being too sweet. Mid acidity, surprisingly silky body.

Overall, this is a delicious simple wine. It’s not great, it’s not complex. But for $60 in Singapore? This is a decent table wine, and a nice way to start off a meal.
