With Sean post-ICT.

What a tasty little bugger. I enjoy this every single time I drink it.

In the glass: image is a little misleading. It’s the a pale clear golden hay

On the nose: this rustic earthy minerality, that is just aaaaaalmost flinty and reductive but not quite. Candied lemon. Some sorta flower? Maybe pear? Sean got honey, but I didn’t.

On the palate: mid+ acidity that’s bright on the palate. Mid- finish, with maybe a mid- body as well.

As the wine breathed over 1-2 hours in the bottle, its minerality notes really intensified and was just such a pleasurable little bugger. This was delicious.
