With Hart, Brandon, QH, Charmaine and Jeff at housewarming!

I was SO excited. I brought this all the way back from New York, and this was gonna be my first taste of the Trebbiano.

In the glass: light gold. Clear, which is odd given that this was unfiltered.

On the nose: I had thought this would be best served cold. Fresh off the bottle. Light thin nose. I was disappointed. But thankfully as the wine breathed and warmed, wow. Magic. INTENSE minerality. Dried citrus peel. Faint green apple. Some kinda flower. Almond???? By the time this sat on the table, this wine was in full bloom with intense nose.

On the palate: bone dry. Slight fizz on tongue at entry. Intense flavors on the palate, high acidity and super juicy. Long finish. Wow. I loved this.

This was so so so so so delicious my gosh. It’s not quite nearly as insanely intense and aromatic as the Valentini, but this was supremely balanced and delicious.
