YUUUUUUUM. This was a surprise. New world Pinots are often offensively over ripe. But this is delicious. Wow.

In the glass: garnet with maroon notes.

On the nose: sweet plums. Cherries. Mild spice. Touch of oak. There’s this cheeky tinge of darker berries at the end.

On the palate: mid+ acidity that’s like a warm glow. Touch of residual sugar. Fresh and juicy.

On the exhale: straw. Minerality. Intense sweet plums

This was soooooo balanced, and aromatic. I’m surprised. Wow.
