I am grossly uneducated about burgs, and even more ignorant about burg blancs. That said, I do remember drinking Domaine Michelot’s Puligny-Montrachet ‘Les Folatieres’ and I was like WOW.

Asked Alex for some blind recommendations, and he offered 2 classic winemakers, and 2 unusual appellations. Pure blind faith. I guess we go in and figure this out?
