With Hart and the wine hoes.

I don’t even know what I’m drinking, and I like it. First experience with Cesanese d’Affile grapes.

In the glass: rich ruby. Seemingly cloudy, maybe unfiltered.

On the nose: how interesting. Sour cherry. A ton of hay/straw. Earthy. Mineral.

On the palate: oh! High acidity. Grippy tannins. Touch of residual sugar. Fresh, and mid++ intensity of flavors. Very red fruited, with tartness

On the exhale: elevated alcohol. Feels warm. Oddly enough I only detected that typical natural wine funk on exhale. Surprising.
