In the glass: a light ruby. Darker than most rose, and without the pinkish hue. Clear.

On the nose: cherries and raspberries. There’s this note that I don’t quite know how to describe. Almost earthy but not quite that either. Sweet. Surprisingly high intensity.

On the palate: saline! Fresh, mid+ acidity, juicy, and very dry in contrast to the nose. Mid+ intensity of fruits.

Quite a blast. Enjoyed it a lot.
