I realized my palate had been completely ruined by the spicy food when I finally drank a sip of this. Thin, super tannic, wispy fruits. That can’t be right!

Thankfully my palate reset after drinking a ton of water and just avoiding additional portions of the noodle.

The 2016 is starting to come to age! It had been a little reticent and closed off throughout the couple times we attempted to drink this back in 2024. But it’s coming well alive! Still very well structured, although tannins are just starting to round off

Have reviewed this plenty of times so I won’t repeat myself. Delicious, and always a crowd pleaser.
