On the continued hunt for Tasmanian Pinots!

In the glass: a rich ruby, with a tinge of purple. Mid— body
On the nose: oh what a pretty little thing! Sweet ripe cherries, a tinge of rose, touch of raspberry, and this tinge of spiced stems. This savory undertone that almost comes across tea-like. Definitely a fair degree of whole bunch, with some rich oak.
On the palate: high intensity of red fruits, a surprisingly crunchy tannin structure, fine grained. Mid+ acidity. Fresh. Touch of residual sugar matching the nose.
Very very very enjoyable Pinot
