I rarely enjoy Champagnes – I don’t like them sweet, heavy and yeasty. These came at the courtesy of BSG, and they were delicious and everything I would enjoy in a champagne: refreshing, not cloying on the palette. This one had notes of apples and minerality on the nose. Yummy.
