I liked the Pazo Senorans Seleccion enough to write in to the winemakers to learn more about their different wines, and to figure out why it took 9 years from harvest in 2013, to actual bottling in 2022.

Super interesting sharing – I now understand where the wine got its remarkable texture from! Guess who pre-ordered a case of the 2014? Hhehehe
