Date night with Hart at Her Place Supper Club.

I continue to be unfamiliar with burgs in general, but have had some luck with those from NSG and so I picked with some hesitation. What a delicious wine! Very pleasant and delicate bouquet on the nose of red fruits, mostly red cherries on opening. As the wine warmed up a touch and breathed in the glass, the nose really opened up and it was a broad elegant nose with additional raspberry-esq. on the palette: generously coats the tongue, with medium high acidity, very calm but notable tannins, mid long finish that almost reminded me of cranberry juice! Gonna try and hunt this down for casual drinking, but this was just delicious.
