HOLY SHIT. Absolutely BLOWN away by this wine, truly. I dislike Sauvignon Blanc. I really do. They smell too vegetal and borderline piss-like. I’ve tried the new worlds. The old worlds. I could drink them, but I always rather not. But this was just. Mindbendingly good.

Off bottle, it was a pale gold color. Nothing much to note
On the nose: my god. What in the world. It was a RICH round vanilla cream and vanilla beans. Super buttery, with an almost cotton candy finish on the exhale.
On the palate: high acidity, dry, and crispy yet smooth on the tongue.

This was a mindbending wine, and completely changed my views on what a Sauvignon Blanc / Bordeaux Blanc can be. So sick.
