Riesling from Brandon, with Hart, GY, QH, Jeff, Charmaine, BSG, Maisy, and KJ at Liu Fu Si Fang Cai private dining.

This was a super muscular Austrian Riesling.
On the nose: BIG punch of minerality – quite literally smelled like a bag of rocks. tinge of honey.
On the palate, mid+ acidity, dry, with a relatively dense body that remained crispy fresh on the tongue. White grapes on exhale. Tinge of honey and lemon on the exhale.

Very enjoyable, although folks who enjoy the zesty or petroleumy Riesling may not like this
