I continue to leave champagnes unrated just because I just have no real appreciation nor knowledge of them.

In the glass, just the tiniest and most delicate stream of tiny microbubbles (which I learned was the hallmark of a well-made champagne).

On the nose, huge rich round waft of… grapes? Distinct yeastiness that was palatable.
On the palate: nicely brut, and just a little salty

Ok la. Quite nice I guess haha.
