I suppose Valentini represents the pinnacle of Trebbiano, both within and outside of Abruzzo. They’re one of those wines that are supposed to have obscenely long aging potential. This is gonna be my attempt at aging one.

Insanely cost-prohibitive in restaurants, so the only way to ever access it (within reason) is via retail channels.
