I’ve been working backwards on the math.

Buying aged wines is simply too cost prohibitive. So I need to take advantage of my relative youth and time and age my own.

If I expect to drink much less by the time I’m 65, and most of the wines I like turn magical at 15-20 years old, it means that I have between now and 45 – 50 years old to buy fresh wines.

So here we are.

I won’t see these guys again for another decade or so. Welp.
