Castels just suit my palate so, so well, and they are arguably the best Brunello you can get under $125.
2019 was a terrific year for Tuscany.

Feels like a tasting note is redundant given the consistency with other vintages.

That said, I’m a little surprised by how short the finish is. Weird. Perhaps tight from the lack of air.
