With Hart at WineBar Paribus

YUM. This was sucha beautiful wine!

In the glass: bright intense ruby. Mid- body. Clear.

On the nose: oh pure red fruits with a distinct but delicate touch of stemminess and minerality. As the wine breathed, the red fruits resolved into distinct sweet cherries and fragrant raspberry. SUPER pretty, with just the right level of intensity.

On the palate. Wow. There is an intensity of fruit on the palate, a certain silkiness that’s palate coating, but yet fresh on the palate. mid+ acidity, mid++ finish. soft tannins.

This was SO delicious. I loved it.
