Champagne from our wedding 🙂

For most champagne lovers, this would be a delicious champagne. This specific bottling is from an incredible 2020 vintage.

Surprisingly fine bubbles. This was rich, creamy, toasty, zesty. Apples.

It’s not my type of champagne (but then again I’m never really a champagne fan at all), but I found myself enjoying this a fair bit. More importantly, the guests looooved the champagne and I guess that was the point.

Henri Giraud’s Blanc de Craie remains my more favored bubbly.
