With the EDBI folks at Restaurant Au Jardin.

Yum? I’ve been coming across Lou Dumont’s wines a ton recently for some reason. But I’ve never had the Marsannay Blanc, and this was so good.

On the nose: high minerality and flintiness. Mild oak, distinct malo, and just green apples. As the wine breathed, it developed notes of Original Yakult!

On the palate: chalky minerality, mid body, bright warm glowing acidity.

So well balanced and delicious!
