This is the classic – the vintage that introduced me to the winemaker. Just a supremely balanced Brunello with great balance.

Won’t re-do this since I’ve done this plenty of times.

Sour cherry. VA. Lean oak. Just super pure Sangiovese with that balanced oak background.
High acidity. Grippy tannins. Intense flavor on palate.

I don’t know if I would call this a classic Brunello. But it’s just a very very pure expression that suits my palate well.
