With Hart at Sage

WOW. What an utterly delicious wine. Just stunningly aromatic

In the glass, a tinge of gold but primarily bright yellow. Clear.

On the nose: what a stunner. Fresh off a cold bottle, this was roaringly aromatic. Pure apricots, rich jasmine tea, flowers, peaches and sweetness. Given the chance to breathe and get up to temp, just wow. That jasmine tea note deepened and the intensity of the aromatics intensified. Just stunning

On the palate: silky. A touch oily. Intensity of fruit and tiny touch of citrus. Mid+ acidity. Juicy. Longish finish. Despite the sweet nose, it had barely just a touch of residual sugar.

What an absolutely delicious wine. My first introduction to this and I am smitten.
