Valentini’s Trebbiano is a truly outrageous wine. It is the pinnacle of Trebbianos, and amongst the best whites in the world. It is beautifully intensely aromatic, remarkably complex, bright and energetic. My personal mission is to just build an entire library of it, so that I can one day have the pleasure of drinking an aged Valentini Trebbiano. A man can dream.

The Cerasuolo is an odd one. Brandon once ordered another winemaker’s Cerasuolo at this pizzeria Rubirosa, and I LOVED it. Never got to drink much of it, so I’m super excited.

The olive oil is just. Well. I CANT RESIST AN ODD GIMMICK
