Wine from my end

A very pleasant and balanced wine, and a shockingly good pairing with Tete de Moine cheese.

In the glass: light but bright yellow gold.

On the nose: a touch shy, but the classic malo notes, a slightly ripe yellow fruit, just a touch reductive. Handful of malo tones

On the palate: just bright lively acidity. Light. So juicy. Mid/mid- finish. Delicate mild buttery on the exhale.

This was NOT an impressive Chardonnay, as it lacks any intensity. That said, this was just sooooo pleasurably balanced, bright, and just delicious. Paired with Thai food, and the cheese? Yum. I really really enjoyed this.
