Wine pairing at the fantastic Kindling, with Hart for Vday 🙂

Yum. My first Trebbiano Toscana! Unlike the lightning/laser Trebbiano d’Abruzzos, these are considerably less acidic (but still elevated). Citrusy-apple, with a touch of honey, and just the tiniest brush of vanilla. Really enjoyed it. Fresh. Crispy. Went perfect with a decadently rich congee with crabs and scallops.
