Wine pairing at the fantastic Kindling, with Hart for Vday 🙂

Yes, this is Napa. A upfront intense punch of blackcurrant, oak, mint lift, and elevated alcohol. Intense on palate, with a long finish. Thankfully the winemakers didn’t go too silly with the oak so this was fine.

Went well with duck and beef.
