Wine pairing at the fantastic Kindling, with Hart for Vday 🙂

Second time tasting this grape, but from Spain.

Unlike the Aussie Gewurzt, this was much less intense lychee, and much more intense minerality, citrus and maybe white flowers? Mid+ acidity. Juicy. Touch of residual sugar. Delicious
