From the good folks at @clinkclinkshop

A bunch of weird bottles here. I don’t like most new world wines that are overripe and over oaked. BUT, discovering cold climate Tasmanian wines have been a pleasure.

These are from the Huon Valley. Tiny tiny production; I think the Dijon clone bottling is just a few hundred bottles. Despite the warmer vintage, this came in at a cool 12.7% abv. No stems. The tasting note sounds weird AF, but I am very excited.
