With the wine hoes at dim sum

Fascinating and confusing.

In the glass: light pale gold.

On the nose: soooo good. Fresh yellow fruits, apple, laser minerality. I’m not sure about the winemaking, but I smelled a tinge of oak and tiny spices. This was so beautiful on the nose.

On the palate: bone dry. Oddly enough, with air and paired with dim sum, the wine felt like it just got flatter and shorter in finish over the course of the bottle.

This was confusing. So delicious up front. Very meh at the end. Bummer
