Ah, still a very very pretty wine, but drank in the wrong order!

For some reason, I recalled this as being a lot more intensely aromatic, instead of being so delicately pretty. This would’ve worked well/better in the early appetizers, but got a little overwhelmed by both the intense Chassagne Montrachet, and the more intensely flavored dishes in the middle of the course.

In the glass: pale gold.

On the nose: this is just so pretty. Citrus, touch honey and just jasmine flowers.

On the palate: touch of residual sugar. Soft. Fresh.
