I liked this so much!

Like the Clos du Roy, this is a strawberry, raspberry galore, with big jolts of bright juicy acidity and spicy stems.

But this bottling had what I thought was an additional layer of Mediterranean herbs. Fresh off the bottle, this had such a distinct rosemary note it caught me by surprise. But with air, the red fruits intensified, and the herbal tone deepened to a thyme like character.

I thought this was delicious after 30-45 mins of air. Might actually like this more than the CDR
