With Hart and the Wine Hoes at mine.

In the glass: pale gold. Clear.

On the nose: mid++ intensity of citrus, green apple, and just a whole lot of stony minerality. Bright. This was wrapped in a bottle cooler, and I thought it was a Chablis.

On the palate: fairly high intensity on palate, with high acidity, and a load of salinity.

Delicious, esp when well chilled.
