With Hart and the crew at YakiniQuest

In the glass: intense bright ruby.

On the nose: a very classic sweet cherry, glycerin, and I think a touch of sweet oak. Super meek and faint no matter how much air it had.

On the palate: this was so much better than the nose. Good intensity of fruit, bright acidity, grippy tannins. Good finish.

Marked down because of the very sub par nose that never quite improved throughout the night.
