With Hart and the Crew at YakiniQuests

A surprisingly delicious budget burg

In the glass: a deep rich ruby maroon with distinct tinge of purple. Oddly concentrated.

On the nose: earthy, no/very low stem inclusion, pure dark plums, tinge of blackberries, and tiniest bit of oak. Very primary and sweet.

On the palate: touch of residual sugar, good concentration of fruits. Again, plums and dark fruits. Mid+ acidity. Silky

I was surprised by how pleasant this was, although maybe a touch jammy.
