Still a baby, needs time

In the glass: oh, this deep inky maroon and purple.

On the nose: intense concentrated sweet red plums, cherries, blackberries with this beautiful lift of sweet oak aromatics.

On the palate: this was still a very structured and dense wine, with a remarkably high bright acidity. Took me a little by surprise (to be clear, not in a bad way). So much fresh juicy red fruitedness, and a long finish. Intensity and concentration of fruit was high, but this wasn’t really a dense heavy wine at all.

Still a baby! Many more years or decades of life.
