With Hart, YZ and Sloke at mine.

A cheeky mid day tipple, over a chaotic blend of Korean fried chicken, pork skin, fig tarts, pear tarts, chocolate tarts, hazelnut chocolate and bakkwa.

In the glass: bright ruby. Light bodied. Clear.

On the nose: sweet red cherries, strawberry? I don’t know about the winemaking, but i smell stemmy spiciness.

On the palate: high bright acidity, high intensity of red fruits and this intense minerality to the exhale. Surprisingly grippy tannins.
