A simple cheeky little Riesling to pair with the caviar.

In the glass: just the palest gold.
On the nose: a ripe-ish lemon, with faint white flower and minerality. No petrol.
On the palate: tiny bit of fuzz on tip on tongue. Mid acidity for a Riesling. A fair touch of residual sugar despite the Trocken labeling. Juicy. Simple.
This brought out the salinity in the caviar
