With Hart at Iru Den.

In the glass: a deep inky ruby. Zero sign of age.

On the nose: oak-spices, graphite, blackcurrant, sweet oak. I know this is gonna be unfair to compare this against the grand vin, but man, this did not have that ridiculously beautiful floral note.

On the palate: pure, rich concentration of fruit. Mid+ acidity and a surprisingly long finish.

This was delicious, although I can’t help but unfairly compare it to the grand vin.
