Bottle from me.
He he he. A revelation!!
Years ago, I tasted the 2019 at a dinner, and was so blown away by how aromatic and pretty the wine was. So when the opportunity came to grab more than a case of the 2021, I did.
Unfortunately, the first time I busted out the 2021 was abit of a underperformance. The nose was sorta meek. And the palate was just this weird thinness and astringency. This time was a fair bit better, at a sliiiightly warmer temp, and with plenty of air.

On the nose: when cold, this is just very tart cherries, sour strawberries, cranberry, and licorice. As the bottle got a little more up to temp, the red fruits sweetened intensely, and came this waft of sweet rose. Very intensely aromatic at the right temp.
On the palate: this giant flash of bright acidity. Super mouth watering. Body is still light, although with a good intensity of fruits. Touch grippy tannins
Still not close to that amazing 2019, but i enjoyed this way more this time around. Terrific with this rich and creamy hokkien mee and fried prawn rolls.
