I am a fool. I keep forgetting how amazing this wine becomes when it warms up in the glass. Instead, I ended up over chilling the wine. Sigh.

Serve cold, this is a giant laser of acidity.

But left to warm up in the glass, this is a bright linear and intensely mineral and saline wine with citrus. Super clean. Ripe yellow fruits.

Anyway. I over chilled the wine. Again.
