What an odd and delicious little thing!!

In the glass: light gold. Just a tiny bit cloudy.

On the nose: an extremely aromatic wine! I’ve never had this grape before, but there were tones of dried apricot, dried Thai mango, and ripe citrus. The wine chiller was underperforming last night, and this would’ve been even more stunning if chilled a little more.

On the palate: fresh, juicy, and bright. Mid finish. Extremely more-ish and gulpable. Intense minerality on the exhale.

This was a banger. So aromatic.
