Natural skin-contact wine. AND IT SMELLS EXACTLY like a hipster sour ale.

In the glass: rich but light gold, with a distinctly cloudy body

On the nose: this straight up smells like a sour ale from a hipster micro brewery in Brooklyn. Sour ale, grapefruit, sour citrus, and sweet fruit

On the palate: surprisingly silky and lush?? Mid++ toned electric acidity. Unlike the nose, the palate is actually nearly bone dry.

Tasty bugger, but tooooo adventurous for my palate.
