With Hart, our parents after our ROM, at Madame Fan.

Ah, SO close. Fresh off the bottle it was cold, but there was this promising whiff of distinct strawberries and sweet cherries. Oh my. On the palette: light bodied, decently long finish with sofffft tannins. Ripe red fruits / cranberries on the exhale. Oh boy.

Over time, the wine warmed up in glass. The nose certainly improved with an almost rose syrup/bandung vibe to it, and then, well. Stopped. It developed a depth to it, and then stopped. On the palette, felt a little thin, and the acidity tasted a touch flat. Decently long finish.

Pity. It was enjoyable, but its development stopped super prematurely. Maybe it’s too young, but then age wouldn’t improve that flat acidity. Shame!
