Bunch of us had this before, and was an introduction by BSG. I dislike most champagnes, even the really high end ones. Never got em. Too yeasty. But the first time we had this, I gulped down quite a few glasses: this was crispy, lemony, green apple and just delicious.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of chilling it insufficiently and I don’t think we quite got the fullest potential. Still delicious tho; paired with black pepper scallop x balsamic reduction
